login to Cisco admin portal
go to Device > Phone click "Add New +" and select phone type
Enter the info following these photos: Change username and phone number where necessary. Any number can be assigned to a phone.

Then scroll all the way to the top and on the top left link "add DN" click that
Also need to add an end user, and associate end user: see image above.
To add an end user:
Login to CCM and go to User Management > End User "Add New +"
create a password and Pin the dots get filled in after hitting save
Device association will fill after hitting save
Roles will fill after adding groups and hitting save.

open firefox and go to 10.1.20.21 Cisco Unity Connection Administration user. cucadmin pw: !@bac12@!
go to import users and use the dropdowns to import he user from CUCM.
or enter Manually
UPDATE A USERS VOICEMAIL PIN IN CUCA
open firefox and go to 10.1.20.21 Cisco Unity Connection Administration user. cucadmin pw: !@bac12@!
find the user and select then go to Edit Users > Change Password select "Voicemail" in dropdown.
