When this error message appears on the printer, simply open the tray pictured below.
There is also a roller inside the tray that may need rotated, but simply opening and closing the tray may also resolve this error message.
The tray above this may also need to be lifted back towards the printer and laid back down. The error will go away quickly once the printer recognized the change it is looking for
